Kemayoran Urban Village, North Jakarta builds communal water treatment plant (IPAL) at RW 07. Around 60 families from RT07 to RT 09 are able to use this IPAL.

"This is one of Public Work and Public Housing Ministry programs that have been proposed by us," said Bangun Manalu, Head of Kemayoran Urban Village Head, after communal IPAL groundbreaking on Wednesday (11/1).
According to him, tens families still don't have their own septic tank. Thus their IPAL channel will be collected in one place.

This communal IPAL is planned to have 12 meters long, 2 meters wide, and 3 meters depth with concrete building structures. It is targeted to finish in 55 days.
"We have budgeted Rp 425 million for this IPAL. I hope residents could apply more clean and healthy lifestyle," he closed.
